WOSSA and UN Women Nigeria & ECOWAS held a strategic collaboration meeting focused on relaunching key empowerment and rehabilitation projects.
Dr. Tayo Thomas, President of the Widows and Orphans Support Society of Africa (WOSSA), met with the Country Representative of UN Women to Nigeria and ECOWAS, Her Excellency Mrs. Beatrice Eyong, alongside UN Women executives and WOSSA executives during a strategic collaboration discussion meeting.
The meeting also marked the relaunch of WOSSA’s Rehabilitation, Vocational and Skill Acquisition Training Centres Project, as well as other WOSSA initiatives focused on expanding empowerment, rehabilitation, education, and sustainable support for widows, orphans, and vulnerable communities across Nigeria.
