Africa Youth Employability & Soft Skills Transformation Initiative
AYESTI is a WOSSA youth empowerment initiative designed to equip young Africans with practical digital skills, employability competencies, entrepreneurial knowledge, and real-world experience.
The initiative is implemented in strategic partnership with Nasdigit Technologies Limited, which provides the learning infrastructure, curriculum, facilitators, mentorship, assessments, and certification.
Students develop learning intelligence, problem-solving ability, financial literacy, communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset before choosing a specialization.
Participants choose career pathways in Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, Digital Business, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, and Future Engineering.
Learners complete real-world projects, build professional portfolios, earn certifications, and prepare for employment, freelancing, entrepreneurship, or startup creation.
