A Structure Built on Service and Accountability
WOSSA is governed by a 12-member Board and supported by a 12-member Management Team. All Board and Management members serve as volunteers and do not receive financial allowances for their participation.
The organization also has three paid staff members who manage its daily activities in each state or location where WOSSA operates. The Founder oversees the staff and provides direction for the day-to-day administration of the organization.
The Management Team meets twice every month to review WOSSA’s programmes, activities, and ongoing interventions.

How Porgrammes
Are Funded
Wossa Calander
WOSSA’s programmes are funded mainly through donations from compassionate patrons and patronesses, members of the Board of Trustees, Management Team members, friends, and well-wishers.
As the needs of our beneficiaries continue to grow, meeting the financial demands of our programmes has become increasingly challenging. We therefore welcome support from individuals, organizations, funding partners, and benefactors who share our commitment to improving the lives of widows, orphans, and vulnerable families.
You can also support WOSSA by introducing the organization to friends, clients, and partners who may be willing to contribute financially or provide other forms of assistance.
