WOSSA Rehabilitation, Vocational & Skill Acquisition Training Centre
This flagship initiative aims to establish Vocational and Skill Acquisition Training Centres (VSATCs) across Nigeria’s 774 Local Government Areas, creating sustainable opportunities for vocational education, entrepreneurship, and economic empowerment.
Alongside the training centres, WOSSA will implement a Back-to-School Scholarship Scheme to support widows, orphans, and vulnerable children with tuition, books, uniforms, and educational materials, helping them access quality education and brighter futures.
The project is designed to reduce poverty, promote self-reliance, create employment opportunities, and strengthen communities through practical skills training, rehabilitation, and long-term economic inclusion.
Modern vocational training centres will provide practical instruction in ICT, agriculture, tailoring, carpentry, crafts, entrepreneurship, and other marketable skills that prepare beneficiaries for employment and self-reliance.
The Back-to-School Scholarship Scheme will provide tuition, books, uniforms, school supplies, and mentoring support for orphans, widows' children, and vulnerable learners across Nigeria.
The project promotes long-term community development through local partnerships, entrepreneurship, continuous monitoring, and sustainable vocational centres that generate lasting economic impact.
